Terms of Service

Welcome to BelleVie London. This website is operated by The BelleVie London Ltd, a UK business trading online at https://belleviecomfort.com. These terms describe the use of our website and ordering from us. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds and Shipping Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

1. Using our website

You agree to use this website lawfully and to provide accurate information when placing an order. You must be legally able to enter into a contract, or act with the required permission. You must not use our site to interfere with its security, misuse other customers' information or infringe intellectual-property rights.

2. Products and descriptions

We aim to show product information, prices, measurements and photographs clearly. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Please review product-specific sizing, composition and care information before buying. We may update or discontinue products, but changes do not retroactively remove rights arising from an accepted order.

3. Prices, payments and orders

Prices and any delivery charges are displayed at checkout before purchase. Our storefront generally displays prices in GBP (£), with any local conversion or alternative currency clearly shown where supported. Available payment methods are presented during checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may need to review availability or payment before confirming acceptance. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange any required refund promptly.

4. Shipping, returns and faults

Delivery options and estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Rights to cancel online orders, return eligible goods and obtain remedies for faulty items are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. These explanations do not replace applicable law. Our 30-day manufacturing-defect guarantee is additional to statutory consumer remedies.

5. Accounts and communications

If an account feature is available, keep your login credentials confidential and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may contact you about payment, order changes, dispatch, returns and customer support. Marketing messages are subject to the choices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Website content and third-party services

Unless otherwise stated, branding, images, copy and site elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may not be commercially reproduced without permission. This website uses Shopify and may connect to delivery, payment and other service providers. External websites and social networks have their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Website availability and liability

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary outages or mistakes can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or the rights you have when goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described.

8. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without denying consumers any mandatory protections that apply where they habitually live. If you have a concern, please contact support@the-bellevie.shop so we can seek to resolve it. You may also have rights to use an appropriate consumer regulator, dispute process or court.

9. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms for future purchases by publishing an updated version with a new date. The terms applicable to your existing purchase will not be changed retrospectively in a way that removes your rights. Contact support@the-bellevie.shop.
